Please be aware that we send our tickets by mail prior to the conference. You may edit your details until 31 July 2019 to receive your amended ticket by mail. Alternatively you can also amend your ticket onsite.

Your ticket(s) are being sent prior to the show via mail. The mailing commences August 11, if you signed up after August 20 you can print your ticket onsite at the registration area using your registration code that you have been emailed previously. 

• Mailing Wave 1: Commencing on August 11
• Mailing Wave 2: Commencing on August 25

If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice. If you wish to cancel the ticket and receive a refund, a service charge of 25% will be applied if you cancel anytime before August 30 2019.
