Mr Cleveland Ngan is the Regional Vice President of Mars Veterinary Health Asia and is responsible for overseeing operations and management of the Asia region. Cleveland was previously the Chief Executive Officer of the RingPai Pet Hospital Group, where he played a critical role in the growth of the veterinary chain with over 300 pet hospitals. Prior to that, he worked for IDEXX Laboratories as Regional Vice President for Asia and the Middle East regions. To date, Cleveland has over 30 years of multinational experience across industries, including petrochemical, fast-moving consumer goods, human medical, animal healthcare and pet hospital management.
