With 24 years of experience as a veterinary technician in laboratory animal medicine, he works closely with biomedical researchers and laboratory animals. Currently, he manages a team of 8 other technicians on a daily basis. He is a senior veterinary technician from Comparative Medicine., also the cochair for the SVNTC. He contributed to Temasek Polytechnics as adjunct lecturer for the lab animal science and technology module. James is a certified veterinary technician ( CVT) with Florida Veterinary Technical Association and holds an associate degree ( veterinary technology) and Msc (zoology). He is also a certified manager of animal resource (CMAR) and registered laboratory animal technologist (RLATG) by AALAS. He is a certified compassion fatigue professional as well.
