Dr Kelvin Lim is a public health veterinarian with advanced qualifications and training in epidemiology and veterinary public health. He has worked in national agencies on One Health related policies, management and operations, including zoonotic diseases, food safety, epidemiology, and international animal health trade in Singapore. He has previously served in the Singapore Veterinary Association, and saw at first hand the importance of veterinary associations in advancing animal health and welfare, and veterinary care.
