Dr. Kenneth, a distinguished veterinarian and speaker, brings a wealth of expertise in veterinary field. His educational journey spans across renowned institutions; University of Melbourne, Purdue University, University of Indianapolis and Oklahoma State University, reflecting a comprehensive foundation in Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine. With over 16 years as a Veterinary Surgeon at AAVC - Animal & Avian Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Kenneth leads a team of professionals, offering a spectrum of services for companion animals and birds. He served on the Advisory Board of 2 start-ups (Treat Therapeutics and Benevet). His extensive involvement in various government organizations, such as the Singapore Police Force, where he serves as the Chief Veterinary Officer, as an IACUC member with the National Environment Agency and panel member at National Parks Board – Animal & Veterinary Service, and the Singapore Civil Defence Force, showcases a commitment to animal welfare beyond clinical practice. As a seasoned adjunct lecturer at institutions like Temasek Polytechnic and a serving on board the Singapore Veterinary Association in various positions for over 17 years, including past-President and Council member, Dr. Kenneth's dedication to education and professional development is evident. His multifaceted roles, from being a Veterinary Consultant for entities like Certis Cisco, AETOS (Security dogs), N&N Agriculture (Poultry), Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI – photography), Sentosa Development Corp, Contract Research Organisations, Tender(Concept) Evaluation Committee, and Butterfly Park & Insect Kingdom to contributing as an Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne, Honorary Clinical Partner appointed by Murdoch University and an Academic Associate with University of Sydney, and a member of both the Australian & New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (Avian Health) and American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists, underscore his influence in diverse sectors of veterinary science. Dr. Kenneth's remarkable career, characterized by leadership, consultancy, and educational contributions, positions him as an engaging and knowledgeable speaker in this field. In his spare time, apart from spending time with three 2-legged kids, he has 3 dogs, 1 cat, fish and birds. He sits on board committees with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Prison Service, and serves as a volunteer with the People’s Association, grassroot activities, a community volunteer, and panel member with the Singapore Medical Council (complaints panel), the SPCA, and School advisory committee. Dr. Kenneth is an advocate for the Yellow Ribbon Project, Central Narcotics Bureau, and a veterinary trainer for the International Search & Rescue Dog Organisation (IRO), and a brand ambassador for the Bone Marrow Donor Programme, and Purdue University.
