Yan Hui Lee
Dr Lee Yan Hui graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2021, with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine. She is currently a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) in the United Kingdom. Dr Lee was selected to be part of the RVC’s VetCompass research team in 2019 and selected the topic of aural haematoma as part of her final year research project. Her paper was published in Scientific Reports in 2021. Dr Lee was awarded the prestigious International Canine Health Awards – Student Inspiration (Undergraduate) Award for her contributions to the health and well-being of dogs. She is currently developing the VetCompass Singapore initiative along with Dr Teo Boon Han and a small team of veterinarians, in collaboration with the Royal Veterinary College. VetCompass is an animal surveillance programme that collects anonymous and de-identified clinical records from participating clinics for research purposes to improve animal health and welfare.
