Dr Rachel Tong graduated from Murdoch University, Australia and returned to Singapore to practise in small animal clinics before founding her own clinic, Spring Veterinary Care. With a total of 3 clinics in Singapore and Indonesia, she then founded Pawlyclinic; a complete one-stop pet healthcare platform. The Vet Portal enables Veterinarians to deliver comprehensive and continuous care to pets, both digitally and in-clinic.
