Dr Russell Chandler graduated with BVSc from Bristol. He has gained the following post-graduate qualifications: RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Orthopaedics, MSc in Orthopaedic Engineering, RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Orthopaedics, and MSc in Stem Cells. Russell spent four years in Hong Kong establishing the territory’s first orthopaedic referral service. He subsequently founded Alphavet Referrals in UK, which he ran for more than two decades. He is now at Mount Pleasant in Singapore. His current clinical interests are surgery, osteoarthritis and regenerative medicine. Finally, Russell is a Director of Veterinary Osteoarthritis Alliance, and host of the VOA Podcast.
