Drh Sasa is an Indonesian veterinarian with 7 years-experience in improving animal welfare in Indonesia using One Health,decolonised approach.Drh Sasa worked with the leading animal welfare organisation Animals Australia before being a founding member of an independent animal welfare organisation Sintesia Animalia Indonesia in 2022, also with the generous support of Animals Australia. She believes that veterinarians have a fundamental role in improving animal welfare and that humans, animals, and the environment should co-exist in harmony for a kinder world.Drh Sasa’s Master’s degree characterised the dog meat trade in Bali and informed laws that have now banned the trade there
