Dr Chow has served on the SVA Executive Committee since 2017. As an advocate for the local veterinary profession, he contributed to various industry guidelines over the years. In the day, he runs a small animal GP practice in Singapore. He spent almost 5 years at SPCA Singapore and helped with the upgrade of their Community Animal Clinic.
