EVENT OPENING TIMES
8:15am - 6:00pm on Friday, 11 October 2019.
8:15am - 5:00pm on Saturday, 12 October 2019.
Registration opens from 7.45am each day, be sure to arrive early for an early start to the event.
Your badge will be sent to you in the post shortly before the show. Please bring your badge to the event to ensure you can get in quickly and gain full access to the show. If you should happen to lose your badge or don't receive it, please bring your e-ticket with you as an alternative so we can print you a new badge at the registration area.
Please make sure to plan your journey in advance and make sure to arrive at the Suntec Singapore early, preferably before 8.15am to ensure a quick and easy access to the venue and event.
We have created a travelling and accommodation page specifically to help delegates plan their journeys; compiling all available transportation methods to ensure a smooth and easy journey to the Singapore Vet.
Floorplan booklets of the event will be available at the entrance. This will help you to find your way around our new venue and will also indicate the catering points, toilets, lecture theatres and exhibition location.
BABES IN ARMS & CHILD POLICY
For the interest of everyone involved, the Singapore Vet does not encourage delegates to bring their children. However the Singapore Vet also acknowledges that sometimes this will need to be the case to look after the best interests of both the child and the parent. If the delegate would like to bring their newborn or toddler to the show, it will be fine to be in the venue in a harness or pram.
Please not that you are requested not to eat or drink in the theatres. We reserve the right to ask delegates who do not comply with these requests to leave.
We will close theatres to new arrivals five minutes after each lecture has commenced and would kindly request that you remain in any lecture until it finishes to avoid disruption to your peers and our speakers.
Badges are not transferable and we will charge anyone wearing someone else's badge the full rate of attendance.
