How Much Does It Cost To Attend?

When Will I Receive My Ticket?

Your ticket(s) are being sent prior to the show via mail. If you signed up less than 3 months before the show or did not receive your ticket, you can print your ticket onsite at the registration area using your registration code that you have been emailed previously.

What public transport is available to use?

Getting to Suntec Singapore by bus is relatively easy. Depending on which bus service you are taking, you may choose to board or alight at the following stops around the Centre:

Suntec Singapore is easily accessible by three MRT stations (see MRT map) - Esplanade or Promenade via the Circle Line, and City Hall via the East West Line.


Follow these directions to get to Suntec Singapore:

  • From CC3 Esplanade MRT Station (3 minutes): Take Exit A and follow the signage to our Centre

  • From CC4 Promenade MRT Station (5 minutes): Take Exit C, walk through Suntec City Mall and follow the signage to our Centre

  • From EW13 City Hall MRT Station (8 - 10 minutes): Walk through City Link Mall and then Esplanade Exchange to get here

Is there any parking available at the venue?

Suntec Singapore has more than 3,000 parking lots providing secured and sheltered facilities with 24-hours access, 365 days a year.

Choose from the following routes for access to our car park:

  • Nicoll Highway
  • Raffles Boulevard (from Bras Basah Road)
  • Temasek Avenue (from Raffles Boulevard)
  • Rochor Road exit from East Coast Expressway (ECP)


To help you easily identify your parking location, the car park is clearly divided into 3 colour zones and 24 distinct animal symbols. For quick access to Suntec Singapore, park at West Wing (Green Zone).

There are also leaflets available at all lift lobbies to guide you to the respective zones. If you’re still unable to locate your vehicle, you may call the 24-hour hotline mentioned in the leaflets for assistance.

Suntec Singapore’s car park has a height restriction of 2 metres, controlled by autopay machines and provides convenient lift access to the Centre.

How can I arrive by airplane?

Changi Airport serves more than 100 airlines flying to 400 cities in around 100 countries and territories worldwide. Each week, about 7,200 flights land or depart from Changi, or, about one every 80 seconds.

Can I bring my animal to the conference?

You are welcome to bring your pets to the conference, however please make sure to contact us beforehand and provide paperwork for your animal. If you do not contact us beforehand you may not be allowed to enter the conference.

Are exhibitors collecting any personal data?

All our attendee badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organization, and e-mail address (if applicable). Exhibitors obtain this information only if they scan your badge in the exhibition.  If you do not wish to share your information, please do not have your badge scanned.

How many CPE hours will I receive?

You can choose from more than 55 hours of accredited topics, and earn up to 14 CPD/CPE hours.

Is Singapore Vet RACE approved?

How do I obtain my CPE certificate?

Certificates will be available on-site at the end of the second day of the conference. Certificates will also be emailed to you a few weeks after you have returned to practice and implemented your new skills and techniques.

Is there any WIFI available?

Complimentary WiFi is available in the Suntec Singapore for light web browsing. We recommend downloading large files (like proceedings) prior to arriving at Suntec Singapore.

Where do I pick up my event materials?

Event materials can be collected at the event entrance . Your conference bag contains your show guide, exhibition passport voucher (with lunch coupons), a notepad provided  and pens —as well as a variety of other goodies from our sponsors and partners.
