Individuals requiring letters of invitation to obtain travel visas or other official purposes can complete this form and submit to our Delegate Service department.
Read carefully the below before completing the Request Form
- The Invitation Letter will only be issued to those qualified pre-registered delegates and trade visitors.
- Please ensure you have completed the purchase of your event ticket with full payment made before submitting this Request Form.
- The Invitation Letter will only be issued in PDF format and sent via email.
- The Request Form must be submitted no later than 1 Oct, 2023. Any request submitted after 1 Oct, 2023 will not be entertained.
- Each Request Form caters to ONLY ONE attendee.
- Please allow up to 14 working days to process your request.
- Closerstill Media is not able to contact Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend our events
- Closerstill Media reserves the right to decline any request as it deems inappropriate without giving any reason.
